3. Account Registration
To access some features, you must create an account using your email address or an approved sign-in method (e.g., Sign in with Apple). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
MyLife offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
Monthly Plan: $14.99/month
Annual Plan: $79.99/year (includes 3-day free trial)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings.
No refunds are provided for unused subscription time after cancellation.
5. AI-Generated Content
The App uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI API) to generate insights and feedback based on your journal entries. These outputs are generated algorithmically and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

6. User Content

You agree not to upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on any rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the app, excluding your journal entries, are owned by or licensed to MyLife, including but not limited to logos, designs, interface elements, and code. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLife and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
